All portrait sessions require a $50 deposit to reserve a date and time! A 10% deposit is required for weddings. All deposits are non-refundable.

I do ask that you try your best to keep your scheduled date, however I completely understand that life happens, so in the event you absolutely need to reschedule, please reach out to me as soon as you can so we can decide on another appropriate date. 

Neutrals are your best bet for any photo experience! Soft white and beige are my favorite colors to photograph, as they blend well with nature and complement skin tones beautifully and for a more contrasted look, black is a wonderful neutral option as well! If you do want to wear color I would strongly advise avoiding busy patterns, pink, red, orange, or any bright colors, as they tend to cast color on your skin don't blend as well in natural settings. 

All portrait galleries are completed in 4-6 weeks. Weddings will be completed in 8-10 weeks.

As we all know, Upstate NY weather is highly unpredictable, so in the event of rain, high winds or high heat, I am more than happy to reschedule the session for a different date! 

I do not offer printed images at this time so you are more than welcome to download your images and have them printed at your preferred supplier! As far as posting on social media goes, I do ask that you download the image and size it properly to your social media platform before sharing it! Please do not make any modifications to the photos such as body-editing/shaping, cropping, or color changes, as this interferes with the integrity of the image and does not represent my work.  

My personal style is to work with natural, ambient light. I don't use external flashes or lighting sources, therefore I rely entirely on the circumstances of the day. I consider my edits to fall more on the warm/neutral side of the color spectrum, with muted greens and yellows to provide more of an artistic vintage effect. All photographers have their own unique style and are certainly not one-size-fits-all, so if you're looking for super colorful images with a dramatic blurred background, I'm probably not your gal,  but if you love nostalgic, cinematic images with plenty of emotion then we're a match made in heaven!

As a photographer editing is an integral part of the images I produce. All photos come with general re-touching, meaning I'll erase blatant acne and visible scrapes/blemishes, as well as fine tune the surrounding area by eliminating any distracting elements that I can such as debris, background people/vehicles, etc. 

I strongly believe in representing people as their most authentic selves, therefore I will not make you look "skinnier, younger" or anything of the sort. You are beautiful as you are :) 

If for any reason you aren't satisfied please let me know! Though some things are out of my control, I will do my best to make any appropriate changes that I can to make sure you're happy with the end results!
